Fees
Great Service and professional representation need not be expensive.
Although other real estate firms regularly charge 10% or more of the gross sales price to sell your unentitled land, our standard fee is just 6% of the gross sales price. We are able to keep our cost low because we realize that by showing the true value of your land, we are able to earn a more aggressive price for you and a higher commission for us.
Normally, our fee is all inclusive. In other words, our fee covers the cost of marketing your property – whether we need to run a newspaper advertising campaign, create a dedicate website, or print up several hundred developer’s offering packages.
We get paid only when you do. Our fee structure is tied to your payment schedule. This allows you to retain a true professional land brokerage firm without having to worry about paying a retainer or monthly fees. If we are unable to sell your property, then there no charge for the work that we have completed.*
When representing financial institutions and others selling entitled land or finished lots, we may be able to further reduce – or even eliminate -- our fee by adding a buyer’s premium to address our compensation.
* We reserve the right to retain our proportional share of any deposits or progress payment on transactions that fail to close. |
