Principal
Mr. Ferrandi’s land brokerage practice focuses on representing landowners, land developers, financial institutions, and homebuilders in the disposition of raw land, engineered land, or finished lots for residential development. His practice also focuses on the brokerage of commercially-zoned land for retail, office, hotel, or other development. To date, Mr. Ferrandi has brokered more than $300 million worth of land transactions.
Licensed in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia.
Stephen Ferrandi has been active in the real estate and development industry for more than 20 years. His real estate practice concentrates solely on two markets: land brokerage and religious real estate. To date, he has represented over a dozen congregations throughout the Mid-Atlantic with their real estate requirements.

Having enjoyed an exciting career in Canada, the US, and the Middle East/Africa, Barb joined KLBN Land in 2010 to direct marketing, client services, and technology.
In 2001, with a background in writing, marketing, and multi-media production, Barb parlayed her creative experience into international project management with Hewlett-Packard in Cairo, Egypt. Upon returning to the US, Barb worked as a cross-industry consultant, developing an interest in the technology for small business. A former project manager for the Disney Keys to Excellence programs, Barb brings her own special brand of excellence to the team.

When clients call KLNB Land, the friendly voice they hear on the other end of the phone is Erin’s. Erin has been providing excellent customer service to our clients since 2008, and she is always ready to answer questions and assist in any way she can.
